Founded in 1996, Strategic Initiatives has developed extensive expertise in the planning, scheduling, management and implementation of a variety of project types. With principals Scott Gentilucci and Pamela Gentilucci and their 38 years of practice as design professionals, Strategic Initiatives’ has been effective in developing concepts that enhance their client’s culture while meeting the goals of their operations, budgets, and schedule. Strategic Initiatives’ has been recognized often for their innovative contributions with awards from several highly regarded organizations. With expertise in many project classifications, Strategic Initiatives works closely with their clients and the other project consultants to exceed the client’s expectations. Strategic Initiative’s clients include companies in the professional, financial, high-tech and communications sectors.

In his 38 years of practice, as a design professional, Scott has been particularly effective in developing concepts that meet the goals of his clients operations, budgets, and schedule utilizing the constraints of the site to their best advantage. Mr. Gentilucci has been recognized often for his innovative contributions with awards from several highly regarded organizations. With expertise in many project classifications he has worked closely with clients, managed multi-disciplinary consultants and directed the efforts of both large and small project teams. Strategic Initiative’s clients included companies in the professional, financial, high-tech and communications sectors.

Pam Gentilucci founded Gentilucci Designs in 1995. Offering more than 37 years of experience, her experience encompasses all phases of programming and analysis, space planning and design development. Ms. Gentilucci’s expertise has been cultivated in the selection and specification of finish materials, furniture and accessories for a variety of project types, including corporate offices, multi-family residential, apartment / condominium high-rise residential buildings, and residential.
Through her experience she has acquired a broad base of knowledge in conceptual, schematic and design development. In addition, Ms. Gentilucci’s coordination and continuous client/team communication has resulted in smooth project executions.
Besides Gentilucci Designs, Ms. Gentilucci spent 2 1/2 years with WDG Interior Architecture/Blue Chair Design as Senior Designer. During that time she gained valuable experience in the multi-family residential and retail industry. She spent 5 years as Director of Tenant Development Services with Donna Vaughan & Associates in Dallas, Texas, providing space planning, construction documents and other marketing tools to real estate developers for over 2-million-square-feet in the Dallas and Fort Worth commercial building market.
